Senior Manager - Digital Marketing - FMCG

We are currently handing a role of Sr Manager Digital Marketing with a reputed company based at Kolkata with minimum 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Agency and Vendor Evaluation, Negotiation, Selection and Management etc. We are looking for FMCG experience candidates and someone who have advertising experience will do for the role but who handled FMCG brand only.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Develop digital strategy and execution plan for the platforms/products/services , Develop detailed execution plan for the year along with measurable KPI's.

2. Creating and executing customer re-activation & retention campaigns campaigns that improve engagement and reduce churn.

3. Using data analytics to generate insights in order to optimize campaigns and generate customer segments-based insights for use within business development and other CRM initiatives.

4. Previous experience of working on CRM tools like Moengage, Clevertap and webengage would be good to have.

5. Energetic self- starter with good interpersonal and collaborative teamwork skills.
