Summary :
- The role of the Digital Marketing Communications atcompany is to develop unique creative digital marketing solutions that will support business & brand growth. You will need to be well versed in digital, digital media environment and should be cable of leveraging the opportunities to meet Company's growth objectives.
Key qualification & Description :
- Sr.Manager-8+ years of experience in Digital marketing with substantial period with leading brands in developing & managing their digital platform.
- Responsible for conceptualizing, implementing & managing - Digital Experiences- for entire range of Company products and services.
- Managing all aspects of digital operations: Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Mobile marketing, new asset/tool creation etc
- Management of all Social Media assets including inspiration stories and Blogs
- Content Marketing - formulate content strategy and be responsible for taking it from concept to launch
- Implement best practices, new strategies, innovative features on an ongoing basis on digital
- Social Media - Reach out various segments to generate positive buzz. Maintain relationships with bloggers, influencers, etc. Create and manage a strategy for high user engagement on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc
- Maximising media reach for content created
- Managing distribution of the content
- Understand and educate the marketing team on the media basics in the digital space
- Manage the media agency and the digital creative agency ecosystem
- A passion for the brand.
- Excellent English communications skills - written and oral.
- Leadership qualities and project management skills.
- A hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems.
- Insane attention to detail.
- The ability to learn new processes and technology quickly.
- The ability to work well with others.
- The ability to prioritise and work quickly and efficiently within very tight time frames.
- MBA from reputed College
