What you should have : - Should have a good understanding of the customers / market and develop growth strategies - Must be very good in digital marketing strategy and channels to develop strategy and customer acquisition. - Identify new and untapped area for growth opportunities to increase the business for the organization. - Collaborate with all stakeholders and channel marketing team to support growth initiatives of the organization. - Good understanding of FB and Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, to map customer buyer segments. - Develop performance metrics to measure goals of every campaign, identify any problem areas and be proactive in problem solving. - Understand and optimize on the CRM funnel to improve SMS, Email campaigns performance to improve overall conversion funnel. - Good analytical and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail. - Carry out market research/ customer calls to understand targeted marketing campaigns. - Think creatively to come up with powerful communication - Can envision and come up with longer-term marketing strategy as opposed to just limiting the thought process to campaign execution. - Data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance. - Passion &amp; hustle to take on &amp; solve problems individually and within cross-functional teams. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. Essential Qualifications : - Must have graduate / PG from IIT / IIM - 4 - 7 years of experience - Experience in digital marketing campaigns - Good understanding of India and international markets.
