Job Description :
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Agency Management
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement. Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- SEO for website and social media Platforms
- Lead generation for new seller acquisition through organic channels, SEM and content marketing
- Digital Media Buys for campaigns inorder to optimize the spends to meet the target
- Experience in production, managing campaigns with digital films and tracking metrics accordingly
- Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
- Reporting and optimizing - Measure ROI and KPIs on every campaign and report on regular basis
- Campaign planning and execution basis business requirements
- Brand building campaigns for improving conversion metrics in the brand pyramid
- Build an inbound marketing plan including AV asset creation
- Develop & execute the social media strategy for the brand
- Oversee social media accounts and manage seller experience
Desired skill sets and experience :
- A minimum of 5 years- experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- MBA (Tier 1) Passout year-2015/2016
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/ or partnerships that generate results.
