General Accountability
Should be responsible for the following Digital Assets within the framework of Brand's Guidelines:
- Website: Content Updation, Product Launches, Display Advertising, Frequent tweaks to enhance customer web journey /experience, support the development of the e-Sales platform (new product pages)/coordinate with agencies/web aggregators
- Customer Portal: Constant development/addition of features to enhance customer experience, frequent updation of new initiatives/offering to solicit new business from existing customers
- App Development: As and when required
Nature and Scope of Position
- Build, develop and execute Digital Campaigns (Display, SEO, SEM) by coordinating with Digital Agencies
- Brief, negotiate and execute Digital Media Buying by coordinating with Digital Media Agencies
- Assist in building new web pages, day-to-day maintenance of the website - refresh content, get creatives,
- Contribute to driving the e-sales business by way of Digital Performance Campaigns (Execution, Monitoring and Analytics)
- Competitor benchmarking
- Legal approvals needed from time to time on websites,
- Driving traffic to the website and the customer portal, by way of SEO, S.E.M.
- Liaise with the agency to ensure work is done
- Web analytics
- Play the role of an enabler between Marketing and I.T. keeping organization goals in mind
Specific Accountability
- Liaise with external vendors - Digital agencies and online publishers
- Development, update and on-going maintenance of FGLI websites and e-sales platform, liaise with legal for all approvals, generate e-sales and maintain analytics for all the digital activities done
Competencies :
- Ability to brief digital creative agencies for creation of digital campaigns based on marketing insights and competitive landscape
- Ability to think digital and translate digital ideas into reality

Education & Experience :
- Worked on website projects. Well aware of concepts such as wireframes, CMS, user testing, design, UAT, website launch
- PG/MBA Marketing
- Exposure to Digital Marketing areas such as SEM, SEO, e-sales, Google Analytics etc
- Experience in similar function in a large size financial services organisation
- Understanding of I.T. concepts such as CMS, UAT environment, etc
