1. Managing Website:
- Regular update of product content/brochures/policy wordings etc on the website. Liaison with internal stakeholders like Product, UWs, Compliance, Audit, HR etc and external agency for execution
- Regularly manage the press release, download sections
- Constant update of all Locators on the website/app through CMS for Branch, Network Hospital, Garage Locator, Diagnostic center
- Write content for the product placeholders on the website
2. SEO:
- Implement all technical recommendations shared by the agency on a weekly basis
- Manage & approve off page content (25 pieces of content a month) for back links
- Monitor and manage page errors and report to website agency to fix all related issues
3. Social Media & ORM:
- Oversee completely all Social Media Platforms viz Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Quora
- Manage content & prepare social media calendar along with the agency in advance and ensure all Post copy, image are in line with Brand philosophy and guidelines.
- Manage comments on social media platforms such Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Playstore and liaison with Customer service team to respond to customers within agreed TAT
4. Google Analytics:
- Create goals & funnels for new products
- Monitor, measure performance of the website
- Coordinate with IT & agency to create data layer & event tracker based on website or product launches
- Setup tracker for all campaigns including email & sms communications
5. Intranet:
- Responsible for managing and updating the intranet and work closely with Brand, HR, IT and Operations for any document or feature updates.
6. Email & SMS Campaigns:
- Coordinating with brand team for creative execution
- Write creative copy for email or sms campaigns
- Manage email & sms communication and drive the communication shared through internal stakeholders
