Role - Sr. Manager Digital Marketing
Location - Gurgaon
Owned Digital Touchpoints :
- Leads the development, optimization and activation of company's owned digital & social media properties to maximize reach, engagement and generate leads to our channel partners.
- Coordinate with DCAD to articulate the digital needs of the region and deploy solutions to address these needs
- Reviews and advises on site changes, improvements, and technical enhancements based on web analytics
Digital Marketing :
- Develop regional execution plans to support digital marketing tactics such as PPC, SEO, Display, Paid Social and Email.
- Suggests techniques to drive new customer acquisitions through paid and organic multi-channels.
- Keeps up-to-date on trends and developments in SEM/SEO, mobile, video, email, social media, affiliate programs.
- Manages a digital advertising budget and brings new acquisition goals in line with cost per acquisition target.
Content Marketing:
- Manages the digital marketing creative development process in partnership with the CEM team to ensure creative is consistently optimized and consistent with brand, marketing objectives, and strategies.
- Executes social media strategy through organizational goals, competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
- Generates edits, publishes and shares daily content (original text, images, and video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages customers and community members to take action.
Database Marketing :
- Analyzes quantifiable data sets for use in campaign and strategy development.
- Extracts customer or business data using digital analytics queries
- Creates basic reports from database to reveal insights.
Reputation Management on Social Media:
- Responds to negative posts and complex inquiries on social media networks following established guidelines.
- Applies organization tactics to the management of basic online crises, reducing the impact on the organization's reputation and/or bottom line.
- Compiles reports on the organization's reputation and community building efforts on social media to inform decision-making.
- Identifies key risk factors for an online crisis, escalating concerns as required.
Budget Management & Reporting:
- Establishes key performance indicators to manage performance and communicate results/best practices to leadership team.
- Manages multiple agency relationships, proposes and manages the zones Digital Marketing budget
