Client - A leading Private Sector Bank

Base Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

- Design and implement the banks - digital road map to achieve brand and product objectives with focus on key asset and liability products.

- Responsible for managing paid Search, PPC, Email Promotion, Social Channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), Mobile - WAP and APP, Double Click, Programmatic buying and other digital marketing programs for various product categories.

- Analyse industry trends, and competitive landscape to exploit expansion & optimization opportunities.

- Drive content to create and manage social media community (Facebook, Google Plus, LinkedIn and Twitter) by delivering innovative and engaging experiences.

- Measure key digital channels; paid, owned and shared, website development, mobile development, social media presence, earned digital and or influencer marketing.

- Focus on driving acquisition and business for asset and liability products/ services through desktop, mobile and apps.

- Analyze and interpret user journey to improve the customer experience, usability and conversions on internal and external platforms.

- To improve design, usability, content and conversion points of key digital assets and customer touch points. Also identify, evaluate, appoint and manage partners to create a unique digital ecosystem to support the company's Digital Landscape.

Profile Requirements:

- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ideal candidate would be required to lead and implement large-scale campaigns and their full-scale optimization on regular basis, well within deadlines.

- Excellent quantitative skills: Ability to keep track of campaigns and coordinate with agencies to optimize for ROI independently, analyzing trends/ROI and other KPI benchmarks.

- Knowledge-seeker: Incumbent should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience of SEM and should be able to keep himself/herself up to date with new features and opportunities in SEM and Digital Marketing.

- Quick learner: Should be able to quickly understand new features/technology in SEM/SEO and implement the same.

- Team Management & Ownership: Should be a team person with strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities assigned.
