Senior Manager - Digital Marketing

Essential functions and responsibilities:

1. Work with the VP - Marketing & Sales Support to develop, execute and manage all aspects of digital marketing (both inbound and outbound) and lead generation strategy, including brand building, SEO/SEM, marketing database, content strategy, lead nurture campaigns, account-based marketing, market segmentation, and go-to-market plan development primarily for the U.S. market.

2. Manage all efforts in alignment with the approved marketing budget.

3. Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that could hinder growth and work with the VP - Marketing & Sales Support and others internally to address those issues.

4. Measure and report on all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

5. Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.

6. Brainstorm new and creative lead generation and growth strategies.

7. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

8. Collaborate with internal teams on optimizing user experience across the entire customer journey with Quatrro.

9. Identify key conversion points and drop-off points, and solution options to optimize the user/sales funnel.

10. Manage relationships and collaborate effectively with agencies and other vendor partners.

11. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

12. Comply with the implementation and execution of sales and marketing policies, practices, and tools.

13. Perform other related duties as assigned

Supervisory responsibilities:

2. Indirect - Must work within the overall sales support and marketing team providing guidance sharing knowledge to other team members with reference to your areas of expertise, when required.

Knowledge and Skills:

Required:

1. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences (ICP's and marketing personas) and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

2. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, lead nurture campaigns, account-based marketing, display advertising, market segmentation, and go-to- market plan development

3. Experience in optimizing lead generation and sales funnels

4. Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and KPIs, including setting up, tracking, and reporting

5. Strong analytical and data-driven thinking

6. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis

7. Positive, self-starter attitude with self-motivation to drive progress independently, yet also strong relationship-building skills to work as part of a team

8. Demonstrated customer-focused approach to marketing

9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

10. Strong organization skills and the ability to manage information effectively and have strong follow-through.

Preferred:

1. Outsourced finance and accounting, and/or IT services knowledge

2. Experience with HubSpot Sales and Marketing hubs

3. Experience working for the U.S. market

Educational Qualifications: MBA (Preferred major in Marketing)

Work Experience: 10+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing to US mid-market companies

Other Prerequisites:

- Required to work in shifts. Based on business/project requirement will work US hours
