About the Company

The client is a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) registered with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as ND-SI (Non-Deposit taking systemically important) and is listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Lending Business

The company lends primarily to three sectors:

1. Real Estate Lending: The client provides short to medium term loans to real estate developers at different stages of project implementation including the project approval stage funding or as a last mile funding

2. SME and Retail Lending: The client provides financial solutions for micro, small and medium entity/s by providing short to medium term loans for acquiring capital assets like machinery /equipment, Loan against property (LAP), Loan against Property Rentals, etc.

3. Affordable Housing Finance: The company has has an aggressive Affordable Housing finance business and is progressively venturing into tier 2/3/4 towns.

4. Gold Loans: In 2022, the company ventured into Gola Loans and plans to open 500 exclusive branches over the period of next 2 years

About the opportunity:

The company has a book size of around Rs 6500 Cr and it has aggressive plans to increase the book size to around Rs 15,000 Cr over next 3 years. To meet this objective, the company is aggressively expanding it product portfolio as well as quickly scaling up its branch network and workforce.

The Company has recently ventured into Digital Lending, where it has started disbursing unsecured Personal and Business Loans.

Job Description: Sr. Manager- Digital Operations

The role involves handling the loan operations for all loans originated digitally. Responsibilities include handling back end and front end operations, disbursement of unsecured loan products like personal and business loans, customer service, Legal, technical and Admin functions.

1. Managing Operations at national level

2. Manage QC & Disbursal through system under STP Journey.

3. Coordinate with Business development team in the on-boarding fulfilment Processes.

4. Monitor overall governance by providing high-quality service through platform enablers.

5. Ensure smooth day to day loan operations for digital lending.

6. Improve operational Controls and ensure Compliance to all regulations pertaining to Loan and priority sector guidelines.

7. Operations manual and process preparation & implementation

8. System design and rollout

9. Monitoring TAT and quality through checks and balances

10. Control mechanism to ensure NIL compliance issue
