Requirements: - Conversant with the rapidly developing digital/ fintech ecosystem and able to visualize the traditional life insurance business as an online financial commodity/ service as available on any other app. - Sound knowledge of product design & filing, IRDAI regulations (products/ compliance/ online practices/ etc), digital solutions & journeys. Key Focus areas: - Market research, analysis, tracking - life & health insurance, fintech & wellness platforms o Competition Benchmarking - premiums, IRR, features New product launches on digital & traditional platforms - Content development - Creation, modifications and review of product-related marketing write-ups. - Understanding digital distribution and levers that assist in that business - Develop propositions that enable insurance to be effectively sold through the partner platform - Excellent people management and communication skills - 6 - 8 years' experience (life insurer + insuretech/ fintech), preferably product development/ pricing - Previous experience designing e-commerce, fintech/insuretech focussed propositions and marketing campaigns preferred - Good communication skills
