Senior Manager - Digital Delivery - BFSI

Work Location: Cambodia

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage company-wide organizational or special strategic AIB KPI projects from inception to completion and ensure on time and within budget delivery.

- Work effectively with cross-functional departments and build business knowledge and relationships to develop and originate high-value projects for the company.

- Develop and update the team's project governance and project management the framework that is consistent with the market standards.

- Lead programs and projects using innovative, agile, and project management tools and techniques.

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

- Ensure an appropriate project plan for execution and delivery within given constraints.

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and report and escalate to management as needed.

- Understand and adhere to regional project management framework, regional IT standards, governance framework, policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.

- Oversee, direct, and organize the project work within the context of cross functional project teams supporting initiatives from finance, operations, administration and IT teams both at the regional and local level.

- Addresses strategic issues specifically related to operational performance that span multiple topics and functional areas.

- Provide regular reports and scorecards on progress being made against initiatives and targeted results for each. Report to executive team, board, sponsors on project status, resource management, and planning for future work.

- Work with Transformation team and Business users to put in place tracking and reporting of benefits to be realized from the project.

Job Requirements:

Experience/Skill:

- Solid experience and proven track record in professional project management.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably have an advanced degree.

- PMP and Agile certification will be given preference.

- 7 years of experience in managing the implementation of digital product/service which are large, complex, and cross-functional digital projects.

- Be able to work with and guide a young team of users and project managers.

- Strong project management abilities, including the ability to juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously.

- Outstanding communication / interpersonal skills, including the maturity to 2 engage directly with senior management.

- Excellent influencing skills, including the ability to work effectively across a large organization, execute projects and build and manage cross-functional relationships.

- Can work in a fast-paced environment.

- Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail.

- Has a strong sense of ownership and hard work ethic to see things to completion.

- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
