Required Experience:
Content Development
- Co-create integrated Marketing campaigns for brands by focusing on customer journey, robust content model & appropriate channel mix to build multichannel programs for brands while working closely with the marketing team
- Lead media planning for all digital platforms
- Utilize strong analytical ability to deploy KPI model across multichannel and drive business towards data driven decision making for marketing campaigns
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
- High on resilience, strong in Leadership and Interpersonal Skills.
- Strong understanding of brand management, brand growth levers, evolving customer needs & their behaviors
- Understanding of evolving digital space & emerging technologies/channels/platforms and its relevance to the company / Industry
Preferred Experience
- Effectively collaborate with cross functional stakeholders
- Strong Project Management / Digital Marketing Experience
- Good hold on Digital space
- Demonstrates readiness to handle team or people management experience in the previous roles
- MBA with 6-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing in FMCG / Personal Care / OTC / Pharma / Healthcare can apply. Preference to diversity candidates
