Sr. Manager (Digital Communications)

1. 5-10 years of digital communication management experience

2. Experience working with Business-to-Business set-up

3. MBA from the premium institute.

4. Knowledge of technology, back-end/front-end coding and fair understanding of the web technology is required.

5. Sound knowledge of SEO, SMO, web technology and other digital-specific skills.

- Messaging and Positioning: Crafting clear and compelling messaging that highlights the digital initiatives' unique selling points and value proposition. This involves understanding the target audience and tailoring the messaging to resonate with their needs and pain points.

- Corporate Customer Engagement: Develop communication plans and initiatives to engage with existing customers and encourage our service adoption, usage, and retention. This can include email marketing campaigns, user newsletters, user communities, and customer success stories to showcase the value and success of the digital product.

- Social Media- Planning and executing social media handles. Build advocacy and thought leadership around the leadership and brand. Ensure campaign management, tracking corporate and agency ROI, and deriving meaningful insights from social listening
