Partnership & Digital Program/projects Management

- End to end management of digital business delivery strategy for Physical distribution and D2C assisted channels

- Own the Thanos assisted channel and the initiatives pipeline around this

- Manage digitization program/projects for branch banking

- Enable digital-first experience/ process flow and new initiatives in line with emerging trends for the physical distribution and D2C assisted channels

- Coordinate with people and establish processes to ensure that our program/program/project is delivered on time and produce the desired results

- Be the go-to person for everything involving a program/program/project

- Take complete ownership of the program/project through the journeys and experience improvement process

- Lead Thanos initiative for the existing and the future journeys

- Based on business requirements prepare program/project scope, review the existing process, outline key tasks, review program/project feasibility, engage and communicate with relevant stakeholders

- Lead brainstorming sessions with cross-functional team to identify and improve program/project objective
