Senior Manager - Digital Alliance

Key Responsibilities includes:

- Demonstrable experience of leading and managing Digital Partnership is required, should have managed all aspects of Digital Partnership Business (Business, Integration, relationship management internal & external, Managing Payouts etc)

- Working very closely with internal and external stake holders for developing strategy/plans for exponential growth

- Scaling up partner business along with ensuring to achieve bottom line target

- Identifying new partners, opportunities

- Excellent understanding of Insurance products will be an added advantage

- Work very closely with product development and innovation team to come up with propositions which these new age partners are looking for

Eligibility:

- Experience in Insurance & Broking Industry

- You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.

- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

- You have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce) would be a plus
