CA with 8-12 years experience

- To form overall opinions on risk assessment and adequately carry out risk based audits in the areas of fiscal tax, in order to ensure and enhance certification credibility under SEBI, Companies Act and overall entity based reports to the Audit Committee.

- Responsible for Direct and Indirect tax impact on the company's profits through positive focus on Compliance and Risk Mitigation.

- Review the existing fiscal risks and report new areas of risks with adequate back up plans for scrutiny during Compliance audits.

- To guide the business through existing fiscal laws which has an impact on all aspects of the business

- To continuously scan external environment on developments in all fiscal laws and disseminate information to ensure legal Compliance.
