We are looking a premier school MBA from 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 batch.
Core responsibilities would be:
Responsible for Design, Implementation, Sustenance, Review and Impact analysis for strategic Leadership Development and OD Interventions; Roll-out of seminal offerings either designed in-house/in partnership with Knowledge partners; Integrated Development Planning using comprehensive predictive development dossiers;
Lead, improvise and design the overall talent development and management strategy for the organization focusing on managing and retaining the employees
Talent Management - redesign assessment centre process for IF and R&D
Drive High-Performance culture and Talent Management initiatives to give long term and sustainable competitive advantage for the business in India
Leveraging the employer value proposition to create a strong brand pull, devising various engaging strategies in order to attract the best talent
Redesign the induction process, Assessment center box
