- Thorough knowledge of agricultural produce,
- Thorough knowledge of converting agricultural produce in to value added products,
- Thorough knowledge of various manufacturing processes.
- Well conversant with FSSAI, W&M and PCRO requirements,
- Well conversant with implementing quality systems at contract manufacturing / 3P locations,
- Well developed competencies in organoleptic testing of food products
- Minimum 10 years experience in product development. Preference will be given to those who have worked in various food processing industries.
- To develop products which compare well with the selected national brands,
- To deliver the costs & margins in the company decided framework,
- Quality & legal compliance,
- Category analysis & trending
- Experience of new food product development, he should aware of formulation of food development, testing method for eg preservative testing, fragrance testing.
