Job Description:

Education: Full time B.Tech./B.Engg. (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Metallurgical) from reputed institute.

Experience: 15+ years of experience in reputed manufacturing /electricals /auto ancillary / auto OEM industry background.

Location: HOSUR

- Projects to improve plant design and capability, as well as deployment of best practices and iterative process improvement.

KRA

- Industrial engineering including line expansion and machine design and installation

- On ground process improvement towards specifications, including cycle time reduction, capacity planning etc

- Process improvements via poka yoke, kaizen etc

- Cross deployment of projects and best practices from other plants and industry benchmarks

Key skills:

- Cycle time reduction

- Manpower productivity

- Kaizens implemented

- Poka yoke initiatives
