- Developing the HR agenda for the businesses / functions in alignment with overall business plan
- Implementing policies and practices
- Improving and monitoring employee productivity
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages
- Managing staff wellness initiatives
- Improving relations between staff and managers
- Drive employee engagement and retention
- People counsel to Managers and the function/business leads
- Driving recruitment efforts by understanding staffing needs and ensuring that the vacant roles are filled in time
- Ascertaining development needs in the team and creating a path to development for each team
member.
- Working with the specialist teams to drive the L&D agenda for the teams
- Managing and allocating HR funds
- Engaging with heads of department for a two-way communication with the team
- Developing deep connects with the teams to be the confidante and support they look for

Qualification : MBA/PGDM with 10-12 yrs of experience. Someone who has worked with a large
corporation and with a startup would be an ideal candidate.
