Job Description
- Over all 12+ years Experience in IT Infrastructure and last assignment /RIM support (pref. Domestic).
- 4+ Experience in supporting Virtualization (primarily Citrix, and other like VMWare, MS).
- Exposure to both Desktop and Server virtualization.
- Experience is NOC monitoring tools.
- Managed the operations of team of L1, L2 and L3/SME support for RIM.
- Experience in Virtualization and Citrix based environment
- Should be able to establish and run good operations and governance practices.
- ITIL Aware (specialization around Incident /Problem /Change Management)
- Able to work with the SMEs to drive major incidents and work towards RCA.
- Good team player and able to manage and mentor team
- Work on team skill enhancement and training need identification.
- Manage SLA and Availability of Services
- Develop KRA and productivity matrix for team and measure it
- Should have lead team of SMEs /L3/Ops Team leads for minimum 30 + resources
- Ability to work with Domestic Clients for escalation/reviews.
