KRAs :
- To drive and manage the company's international sales, marketing and business development efforts, worldwide specially Gulf region - UAE, Middle East, Africa, Dubai etc.
- Identify potential clients and appoint them as distributor within new or existing markets by restructuring the area of operations (Segment wise).
- Exploring market, Finding out New Buyers, contacting them and develop business.
- Overseas Distributor Management and Perform Advertising Function like ATL, BTL.
- To work closely with International Marketing team to successfully ship the product.
- Develop and implement trade related activities (BTL), to meet business growth and profit objectives.
- Responsible for developing New Packaging / Labeling / POP / POS to suit market dynamics with advertising agencies.
- Instrumental in organizing the export division of the company.
- Traveling overseas for business development and brand promotion.
