Senior Manager/DGM - Internal Communication

Urgent : Hiring for one of the leading BPO for the Internal Communication Manager profile.

Position : Internal Communication Manager [(Band 7 (Sr Manager) or Band 8(DGM equivalent to AVP in the market)]

Location : Gurgaon, India

Reporting to : Reporting to Group Manager

The Role :

We are looking for a highly qualified Marketing Manager to oversee the Internal Communications of our Organization.

Responsibilities :

- Managing internal communications, creative writing for company wide strategic campaigns on various platforms, such as social media, website and intranet

- Create programs to consistently and effectively communicate key messages, including those to support organizations business objectives, values, mission and branding initiatives internally

- Recruitment related ongoing internal branding and collaterals to drive the hiring with vendors

- Creating country capability documents that are specific to the client industry for high level client visits

- Internal branding of client floors and all offices

- Internal communication strategy which are directed towards our staff that includes promotions, awards, recognitions, CSR, new wins, go lives, new infrastructure etc

- Create (content and design) Monthly Internal Newsletter, Create (content and design) company literature & other forms of communication including presentation, video & marketing & promotional materials, both print & electronic. Copyedit, proofread, & revise communications

- Create innovative ways to communicate that inform, engage, and motivate employees

- Building Success stories celebrating the influence we have created in the lives of people internally and externally

Requirements :
