Job Description :

- Responsible for Talent Acquisition

- Maintain the attrition of the plant and keep it under control.

- Developing & Implementing Employee Retention Programs

- Evaluating Performance of Employees (PMS) & Salary Rationalization

- Training & Development

- Handling Major Employee Grievances & Corrective Measures To Resolve Them

- Handling IR and Statutory compliances

- Should have strong exposure of handling USFDA audits.
