Position - Head ER / IR  Level - Sr Manager / DGM  Location - Aurangabad, Maharashtra  Job Responsibilities:   Will be responsible for Pan India Employee Relation Policies and practices drafting & implementation, ER Strategies, ER CapEx projects, statutory compliances, ER audits. MIS, PMS process, Training & Development, lessening with Govt. offices. CSR activities, & Administration services.  - Will be accountable for all India ER & Admin.- Portfolio as a strategic business partner.   - Implementation of various practices and policies under ER portfolio across India all locations.  - Review and Audit of every business units process, & provide guidance for SMART executions.  - Analysis of monthly HR/ER MIS reports, and submission to EC member for review& further short-term strategies.  - Keeping close contact with statutory authorities for better communications and healthy business relationship.  - Will be responsible for Non-Unionized Operator's T&D, PMS & wage increase policy preparation for the year.  - ER - Pan India annual Capex & necessary budgeting exercise.  - All India S1 & S2 employee performance appraisal system and wage revision.  - Addition responsibility to be an Integrated plant as a BU-HR.  - Will be responsible for LTA negations with union for pan India units
