Position Summary

Sr. Manager, DGM, GM - Information Technology (IT) is responsible for leading the IT infrastructure within the organization. This position has the overall responsibility to IT function with the organization & ensure information security compliance

The IT head will also provide strategic leadership and coordination of the function to ensure that the short-term and long-term objectives of the company are met

Job Interactions & Interface

Internally this position interacts with all departments within the organization and with management and employees in India. Externally, this position interacts with the government authorities & vendors.

Job Requirements

- Manage Security, risk and compliance to ensure security is embedded within the IT operating model framework across all IT teams across the locations.

- To perform system and network administration.

- To set-up and maintain PC/LAN/ CCTV/biometric/ISP/network at the offices

- To maintain corporate website.

- To handle daily operation of PC/LAN/EDC POS and trouble-shoot any IT-related problems at the corporate office and outlets.

- To liaise with vendors/suppliers regarding IT products, purchasing and hardware maintenance etc.

- To cooperate and work in a team towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the IT infrastructure.

- To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities.

- To undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.

- Maintaining and updating the list of equipment and details of servicing and repairs and schedule preventive maintenance of IT equipment

- Coordinating with the concerned team when moving IT equipment

Additional

- Provides work direction plus has responsibility for hiring, promotions, transfers, performance management, discipline and termination

- Identify resource and skill gaps and recruit staff as required and effectively outsource projects as needed

Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech - IT, MCA with 10-15 years of experience in reputed organizations managing their IT infrastructure
