Job Description:

- Lead the review of monthly performance with corporate leaders, including the interpretation of financial performance (balance sheet, P&L & cash flow) compared to Plan, Prior Year and Prior Outlook.

- Drive initiatives to enhance financial performance -- identify, research and analyze critical financial drivers, risks, and opportunities.

- Analyze, forecast, and present financial data to corporate leaders on a monthly basis.

- Partner with Internal Customers to establish and maintain metrics for cost savings, process improvement, and management reporting.

- Provide leadership to ensure financial plans are cohesive and aligned to overall Group strategy.

- Prepare and maintain financial models, including evaluating key assumptions, building scenarios and performing sensitivity analyses.

- Provide finance support for key strategic initiatives and develop ad-hoc analyses.

- Monthly Financial Reporting Packs (Executive summary, Operational Management, Practice Level)

- Plan and coordinate annual operating plan preparation and quarterly forecast updates

- Provide support to the Corporate Functions (IT, HR, Legal, etc) and for Capital and Technology Initiatives.

- Participate in acquisition analysis and support integration of acquired companies.

- Provide or coordinate ad-hoc analysis requests and complex scenario modeling as needed by a variety of business stakeholders.

- Monitor and assure data integrity and accuracy.

- Provide support in pricing and negotiation of the Deals / Opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

- Master's degree (MBA) and/or a Chartered Accountant preferred

- 10+ years of related experience, Minimum of 4+ years of Planning and forecasting experience

- 2+ years of previous managerial experience is strongly preferred

- Strong communication skills with executive management

- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience with financial statement analysis and financial metrics

- Demonstrated knowledge of financial systems; SAP experience a plus

- Highly motivated, self-starter with hands-on approach and ability to drive a consensus

- Multi-tasking oriented with ability to stay organized, set priorities, and meet deadlines
