Company Profile: Leading FMCG in dairy sector   Position: Sr. Manager/ DGM - Finance  Education: Chartered Accountant  Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with working knowledge of SAP  Location: Bangalore  Job Description:  - To closely work with Unit Head/ Sales Head towards achievement of ABP and guide the various functional of the units on various aspects/ activities time to time  - Financial planning, working capital management with a special emphasis on optimum utilization of fund, working capital assessment.  - To supervise and perform detailed financial analysis, analyse cash flow, exercise budgetary & cost controls, and expenses.  - To ensure timely and correct financial reporting, monthly FI closure, finalization of Balance sheet and its audit. To ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted Accounting standards and accounting policies.  - Regular review of pricing & costing of Products, cost release of products in SAP and monitor the actual results for taking corrective actions in case of deviation, if any.  - Preparation of project report, Project feasibility studies for new project.  - To ensure relevant statutory compliances and various policies/ SOP as devised by the company.  - Supervising maintenance of Excise record, documentation, submission of Excise returns etc. and compliance of Excise rules/ Act.  - Ensure compliance of Customs Act, timely claiming of various Export incentives, Export documentation, liaison with DGFT/ Custom Authorities, and compliances of FEMA/ RBI regulation in connection with export/import.  - Negotiation with the vendors, shipping line, 3P processor and monitoring thereof.  - Interaction with Statutory Auditors and Internal auditors responding to their queries, following up with the concerned department for inputs on internal Auditor's query and to ensure implementation of their suggestions.  - Account Receivable management and to ensure credit control and periodical reconciliation of customer as per policy.  - Inventory management - To ensure Inventory Policy in complied.  - Ensuring timely and correct processing of payments of suppliers, employees, contractors and other service providers as per policy/DOP.  - Ensuring timely and correct recording of all inwards payments/ receipt from various business partners as per terms/Policy  - Preparation and monitoring of the budget of the unit:- collection and compilation of budgetary requirements of Departments, presentation to management for approval, Feeding of sanctioned budget in the system, Periodical monitoring of budget of the unit through Variance analysis and Information to Management in case of adverse variation.  - Preparation of Monthly Operating Statement:- compilation of product wise income and Expenditure of the unit and comparison of actual results with budget, Preparation of profit & loss account and Balance sheet on an annual/ six monthly/ Quarterly basis for ascertaining the financial position of the unit, Bank reconciliation.  - Timely Scrutiny of all accounts.  - Ensuring employee development in the department by providing guidance and motivation, facilitating identification of training needs and recommending employees for suitable training intervention.  - Ensuring smooth Intra & Inter departmental coordination and facilitating conflicts resolutions within the departments.  - Ensuring optimum utilization of assets viz. human resources, equipment's etc. through monitoring existing utilization of assets and identifying ways & means for better utilization.  - Coordination with Corporate Finance for finalisation of books of accounts and with finance heads of other SBUs/group companies for intercompany financial transactions.
