Working closely with Head of Finance, he will be responsible for the overall financial accounting, cost and management accounting, Banking matters, credit control, taxation and should be well versed with latest GST rules, laws and filing Compliances, handling commercial matters &amp; implementation of ERP. Role priorities : - Debtors Control - Commercial Matters handling - Banking matters, hands on in Bank Guarantees / Letter of Credits matters - Debtors monitoring including Invoicing, collection and related areas - Stores accounting process - Commercial matters - Contract vetting - All forms of International Trade transactions - Working knowledge of GST matters including filing of GST returns - Dealing with Auditors for Statutory Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit, Related Party Transactions, Cost Audit - Income tax Matters - Statutory Compliances - Implementation of ERP - Manufacturing concern experience - Know-how (Education, Work Experience and Business knowledge) - Qualification in Chartered Accountant - Around 15 to 20 years of Post qualification experience - Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used - MS Office knowledge and experiences in TALLY is essential&nbsp; - Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
