Senior Manager/DGM - Digital Claims - Insurance

The role will involve - 

- Creating and aligning claims processes for business in Digital Platforms

- Redefine customer claims journey and offer 100% digital claims experience

- Techno- Functional Consultant, to understand the necessity of the business and convert the same in the digital mode

- Come up with new innovative policies, specifically targeted for the Digital customers

Looking at candidates:

- with an overall of 10+ years of experience, working in a digitally enabling business

- extensive experience in claims function across various product categories- health, P&A, dwellings
