PFA the JD for your ref.   Purpose of the Job  The importance of documentation in the telecom industry is now paramount and plays an important role in the national security. Customer satisfaction being the company's mission this role is an enabler to the overall objective by ensuring that company's interest is protected which in turn contributes to national security.   As head of FTA ops (First Time Activations) - New activations for the HUB, design a strategy & planning for ease of activation, ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction across all B2C Products & provide common process experience to customer for new activation across the country. Responsible for complete customer life cycle chain of events for all new acquisitions.  Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)  1) Acquisition experience (including Subscriber verification)  2) Document & Regulatory compliance   3) Partner management   4) CSMM Scores   5) Reduction in Barring  Major Challenges :  - Sales fulfillment within many constraints e.g. cost, compliance, time and quality with ever and fast changing environment within and outside organization. No process built with enough intelligence and far-sightedness lasts for more than a couple of quarters and therefore, to keep bringing radical changes in the assembly line without bringing it to a halt or even slowing it down is an enormous challenge.  - Aligning business goals with compliance directives, creating alliance and getting operational buy in by influencing thought process and business decisions of the biggest customer which is. CEOs, COO along with CS Head & S&D Head.  - Although the process is outsourced, the work environment is manual and people dependant and there are technical limitations which hamper a fast response to the changing environment. Hence it is imperative that the AE Head is completely hands on and owns KPI delivery.  - Geographical spread distributors, spokes, hub locations & warehouse.  - Different processes to cater to different products adding to complexity both on process and Regulatory standpoint.  Decision level  Prime: Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management  1) FTA management   2) Implementation of Feedback from TERM into business processes  Shared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis  1) Shared authority to sign off from CS TERM JV submissions, regulatory data submissions with SE & CS Heads Contributory: Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others  1.
