Experience : The ideal candidate would be with at least 4+ years of experience with experience in either working in corporate development (M&A) for other organizations or having evaluated assets as part of Consulting / Investment Banking / PE. At least one year in a role with direct exposure to CXOs

Education : Bachelors from Tier I college or MBA from Tier - colleges (IIM A,B,C,L, I, SP Jain, XLRI, MDI, NMIMS)

Role- To execute successful M&A or partnership opportunities in key priorities areas identified as part of the company strategy.

Key responsibilities of the role

- Identify key targets for M&A and partnerships through secondary and primary research

- Network with key consulting companies and investment banks to keep a pulse on and identify any potential opportunities for M&A in the identified priority areas

- Engage with potential targets and pave way for M&A or partnership conversation

- Ensure successful integration post M&A or partnership contract - establish collaboration between the new entity and internal functions which will be critical to ensure success of the M&A or partnership

- Represent at industry events, conferences, and meetings, establishing our presence, enhancing our reputation and generating leads for more M&A opportunities
