Senior Manager/DGM - Corporate Affairs - Alcobev/Pharma/Health/FMCG

- Developing win-win relationships with external stakeholders, especially State Excise Departments, State Finance, Tourism and Health Department, other regulatory bodies and government departments.

- Existing working relationship in the Government Ministries and departments (Excise, Finance, Revenue, Health, Tourism) in Maharashtra and other Western States.

- Supporting and improving regulatory compliance by facilitating timely licenses, approvals and other regulatory clearances to run the business without disruptions.

- Supporting Policy advocacy initiatives with State governments and other stakeholders on Ease of Doing Business, Pricing issues, Excise Duty Structure reforms,

- Proactively providing inputs and influencing policy/regulatory legislations that affect the company's business.

- Handling various issues related to operations, marketing, regulatory, finance, taxation, etc. as and when they arise.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience - 10+ years in Regulatory compliances, Policy advocacy, Licensing function of a Alcobev, Pharma, Health, FMCG MNC.

- Education - Post Graduate degree in Public Policy, Law, Communication is preferred.

- Language Proficiency - English, Marathi, Hindi

- Outstanding communication, presentation and influencing skills and competencies combined with strong social networking skills are essential for the role.
