To drive market management, Practice Management and Success for Cloud CCaaS business and product portfolio through sales, Presales support and enablement discussions with internal stakeholders, Customers, Engineering, Operations Technology & Service Development. Tactical role which provides a marked contribution to defining the product GTM strategy, direction of new products, processes, standards or operational plans based upon business strategy, with a significant mid-term impact on business unit overall results. Impact of decisions made is mid-term in nature. Typically has small to medium profit and loss responsibility for product portfolio, may lead regional projects for a specific product portfolio, and participate as a team member for other projects.  We need India GTM lead for our call center product   - Resource should be from SI or Technology companies who are in to contact centre technologies selling  - We generally don't get product managers in India but guys with earlier Presales experience fits better here  - Resource should be more than 10 years of experience at least and not more than 20 yrs experience   - Contact Center technology background   - Presales experience   - Can understand numbers and business cases  - Good in presentation and communication skills  - Product management or Presales /Sales engineering experience, particularly in driving new product introduction and lifecycle management.  - Experience in managed services sales, solution selling, complex sales, and managing enterprise customer negotiations and relationships.  - Experience in a start-up environment and / or starting a new business in large organization.  - Background in product management in cloud based managed services provider desirable.  - Business management exposure or experience and understanding of P&L and cost models.  - Ability to achieve results through virtual teams of internal and external stakeholders.  - Excellent oral, written, presentation, and overall communication skills  - Creativity, flexibility, and openness to alternative approaches  Amit 9810900610
