Compensation and Payroll position details
- Responsible for managing and administering employees' rewards/compensation perks and benefits.
- Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks. Participate in external surveys with consulting firms to do specific industry benchmark from time to time
- Ensure that the company's pay scale complies with changing state and required compliance regulations
- Will be responsible for managing the payroll operations end to end and partner with varied stakeholders like shared services and payroll partners
- Work closely with payroll for any compensation structure changes and ensure that everything is as per the tax rules of the country.
- Work with Leaders and managers on Merit increase process/ promotion strategies for existing employees
- Work with the business to design and manage the various Field Incentive Programs across India.
- Will be responsible to manage the Global Incentive Plan for India employees
- To work closely with individual managers as well as human resources business partners and the payroll department to ensure that raises are handled correctly and fairly.
- Keep abreast of the new trends and best practices in the industry to manage varied benefit programs.
- Manage related audits and process improvements in this space from time to time
- Create and deliver effective communication strategies with respect to the annual merit process and in case of any updates or new benefits program
Experience: Minimum of 12/14 + years and handle both Compensation and payroll in past roles.
