Job Description :
Sr.Manager/DGM - Channel Marketing- LOCATION - NOIDA
Areas of expertise: Brand Management, Retail Marketing, Consumer Marketing, B2B Marketing, Channel / Trade Marketing, Field Marketing, Go To Market Plan, Branding & Merchandising, ATL & BTL, Events, Consumer & Sales Promotion, Digital Marketing, Social Media Campaigns, CRM. Profit Center Management, Advertising, Network/Channel Management and Sales Promotion.
Responsibilities :
B2C and B2B Marketing :
- Develop promotion and Go-to-Market strategies.
- Develop positioning and product strategies for both B2C, B2B line of business.
Channel Management :
- Drive marketing strategies along with channel partner through channel enablement, channel acquisition, channel retention and channel growth strategies.
- Responsible for operational efficiencies by launching polices for channel development, incentive and promotional programs with channel hygiene and cost control approach.
Product Planning :
- Work along with product team, understanding of market dynamics, competition mapping and developing a model which is robust, agile and takes corrective actions.
- Interacting with cross functional departments for facilitation and implementation of processes.
Profitability Planning :
- Ensure right value proposition and ROI under end customer offers.
- Management of demand generation, Go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and joint co-promotional campaigns and offers.
- Evaluating marketing performance from both financial and business functions.
Working Capital Management :
- Hard negotiation with Principals and Vendors for extended lines of credit.
- Channel and Distribution stock planning, ensuring faster conversion of FG into cash.
- Channel, Customer and Vendor Satisfaction (External Stakeholders)
- Maintain High level of channel satisfaction index (CSI)
- Handling channel grievances and ensuring a turnaround time of less than 3 days with a well defined escalation matrix.
- Implement and maintain high level of ethics and transparency standards in managing channel, distribution and customer transactions
Required Skills :
- Experience in Enterprise distribution or channel marketing.
- Strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills (works well with others).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, pro-active, and independent and likes to work in cross-cultural teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to understand business and technology.
- Impeccable campaign management, budget and scheduling expertise.
- Wide understanding and experience in various marketing tools (with some in-depth knowledge).
- Strong marketing vendor negotiation and management skills.
