Sr. Manager/DGM - Business Analytics

Position Summary :

- The role requires the person to play a pivotal role in growing the unit and to serve Key Business functions of the organization identify business opportunities as well as areas for their operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities :

- Embed predictive intelligence in functional processes

- Partner with Business Functions to identify opportunities for increasing persistence, New business development, Reduce surrender leakage and Improve Operational efficiencies

- Provide sharper inputs in strategic decision making through data driven decisions

- Responsible for delivery of regular analytical output to support the various lines of business

Responsible for interactions with :

Business stakeholders - For designing and implementation of projects/Campaigns

Operations MIS team - For MIS reports and requirements.
