Position : Senior Manager/ DGM- BD

Location : Bangalore

MBA from only premier institutes (2010 - 2013 batch)

Exp : 2 to 6 years of relevant experience

- Should be working with PE (private equity) / Investment /Fund Management Companies

- Looking for a strong candidate who can independently source and close large transactions.

- The candidate will be independently handling the real estate investments and business development activities and would be responsible for making sound investments

Key Responsibilities :

- Sourcing of new opportunities for investments - sourcing deals, understanding the markets, directly interacting with land owners, supporting technical and legal due diligence and concluding the transactions independently.

- Deal Making/ Structuring- start to closure independently

- Financial Modelling

- Real Estate Valuation

- Market Analysis

- Business Valuation

- Due Diligence

- Land Transactions
