Sr. Manager - Design and Development advance engineering I Automotive Industry I PUNE I

Required Technical Competencies :

- Very good experience in automotive product development Digital Cluster, Infotainment, HUD,

- Should have 10+ years experience of team (25+) handling and team leading

- Should have good knowledge / experience in electronic Fundamentals, Component Selection, Requirement capturing

- Very good knowledge in Microcontrollers / Process LCD / TFT Interface, etc., Renesas RH850, Processor R-CAR Freescale Imax8, Qaulcomm, Cypress, Micro-Chip etc.

- Supporting and guiding team in technical issue analysis, team guiding, trainings

- Knowledge in functional testing and Validation, basics of EMI-EMC

- Very good experience / knowledge in TFT (5/7/10)

- Provide technical design and architecture review, guidance, and approval.

- Review schematics, FMEA, de-rating, mechanical enclosures and packaging for EAC designs

- Idea generation, planning and execution.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Define and analyse upcoming technologies, department strategies, resources and market demand, Resource allocation, utilization and planning

- Direct, review, and approve product design

- Develops evaluation criteria that will serve to measure progress and effectiveness of departmental operations Reviews department objectives for adequacy and consistency with corporate objectives

- Lead and help in defining hardware and software architectures, platforms

- Responsible for team recruitment, appraisals, training, mentoring, overall departmental QCD

- Responsible for capital planning. Includes forecasting future capital needs, equipment upgrades, facilities, and infrastructure. Manages capital budgets and identifies future capital projects and business cases.

- Planning and executing strategies for completing projects with QCD

- Researching and developing designs and products

- Manage scheduling and implementation of technology for applications migrations to 7/10/12 inch TFTs, Cock pit, HUD
