Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager - Marketing - Building Materials

Position: Sr Manager/ DGM Marketing (Leading Building Materials Company)

Role and Requirements :

- 8-16 yrs of experience in Marketing, preferably from the Building Materials Industry

- Ideally should have prior experience in working on Premier/ Struggling Brands

- This position is effectively a Head of marketing role and will report into the CEO/ Business Head

- Should have good experience in Product Management, Brand Management, Brand Communications, Digital Marketing and Consumer Marketing

- Strong exposure to Digital Marketing and Consumer Marketing is required, besides Brand Management

- Should have shown consistent results over the course of his/her career

- Should be good at Relationship Building and working along with other stakeholders

- Should have a passion for Marketing

- Should have good oral and written communication skills

- Should be a keen observer of marketing trends amongst competition and should be able to spot trends and opportunities early

- Should have very high learning ability, if from another Industry

- Work history should exhibit job stability

- Educational Qualifications : BE + MBA from a good institute
