SM/ DGM - Export - Flexible Packaging Business

We are looking for a smart individual who will be :

- Responsible for leading the flexible packaging business

- Plan, formulate and implement strategy and activities consistent with the organizational objectives, cost and mark up factors.

- Conducting market research in order to identify market requirements in terms of product features and pricing.

- Ensuring the market development through regular contacts & visits.

- Managing entire sales and marketing activities from strategic planning to execution of the same in international markets.

- Increasing market share in existing markets and tapping new business development opportunities to enhance growth and profitability.

- Support the coordination among marketing, commercial and production department for efficient execution of export orders.

- Work on the optimizing cost components of product to meet the pricing expectations of market.

- Ensuring the execution and achievement of sales and collection budget.

Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience :

- MBA

- 15-18 yrs of experience in export marketing

- Preferred experience in packaging industry
