- Complete ownership of end to end recruitment process
- Recruiting across various business verticals lines for several portfolios
- Formulating strategic decisions with stake holders of various business verticals
- Maintain a healthy source mix
- Creation & analysis of various dashboards and reports for the stakeholders
- Designing the total compensation of candidates
- Driving internal recruitment/IJPs
- Designing policies around recruitment, competency mapping, compensation etc.
- Identifying new campuses for graduates & post graduates hiring
- Program Manager- Military Hiring
- Did numerous projects on Diversity hiring, Employee Referrals, Employer branding, Candidate Experience, Market mapping etc.
- Leading a team of recruitment coordinators.
- HRBP activities: Employee engagement/Rewards & Recognition/Performance Management activities
