Sr. Manager / DGM Business Development/ Sales
Looking for a Business Development / Sales Guy with Relevant leadership/channel management experience of 3-4 years in managing Modern Trade Sales of size INR 100-300 Crores per annum

Position: Sr. Manager / DGM - New Business
Base Location : Noida
Reports to : COO
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, and pitch to and onboard Modern Trade & General Trade stores where FOOD Products can be retailed.
- Should be able to design & implement the Sales Strategy and plan for the Business.
Meet value & volume objectives by planning and executing business sales targets
- Ensure 100% fill rates to accounts by liaising with Logistics/ supply team/ distributors
- Purchase order management( if any)
- Demand forecasting
- Liaise with the Marketing team for planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and promote sales
- Manage activation for accounts either directly or through third party team
- Ensure 100% collections for all accounts
- Conduct periodic competitor analysis and submit a report to COO.
Behavioural Traits :
- Good business acumen, self- driven with strong interpersonal skills
- Exposure to Sales Force Automation preferred
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel and open to geographical relocation
Functional Knowledge :
- Manage and develop Modern Trade, B2B
- Negotiation and Formulation of various consumer Offers
- Key Account Management
