Job role :

- Conceiving and execution of BTL campaigns for ensuring delightful distributor experience so that they increase their market share with us

- Analyzing the business requirement, creation of briefs, feedback to agencies and approvals for creatives, compliance/ legal approvals, campaign execution, tracking effectiveness and so on

- Extending support for the improvement in the efficiency of creative agencies in terms of cost and time in line with brand architecture, guidelines and templates for distributor communication

- Formulating and implementing various initiatives to keep the distributor engaged

- Conception and Execution of Communication and Buzz for the Privilege Club which is the loyalty program for distributors

- Facilitating the designing and execution of all the communication and marketing support around annual conventions events that recognize top distributors

- Executing cross-sell campaigns to encourage the distributors to increase the business with the company

- Performing various activities like organizing local promotional initiatives and sales tools

- Conceptualised acquisition & engagement event concepts

- Developed an integrated BTL campaign to increase visibility & awareness on the new wealth campaign. Print innovation, Mall branding, Mall activation, Corporate park activation & innovative concept

- Managed the lead flow process and tracked the same till successful conversions.
