Overview of the Function: The position requires an experienced Business Development professional who can establish relationships with our existing clients in order to gain a better understanding of their capabilities, identify opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships, and structure and negotiate opportunities to help shape Fination's growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reaching out to Pharmaceutical distributors available under and outside eco system by cold/reference calling.
- Building the entire demand function across multiple cities from scratch and identifying business opportunities and selling Fintech products to prospects
- Understanding the different types of distributor and their business operation and suggest them Fintech program to ease their business
- Find and develop commercial and collaboration possibilities throughout Fination's product and service offerings.
- Working closely with VP (Demand Growth) to ensure closure of leads and revenue growth
- Maintaining relationships with existing ecosystems partners (Distributors, Anchors, etc.) by providing support, information, recommending cross sell Products
- Consistently and as needed, manage customer and prospect pipelines, priorities, deals, follow-ups, reports, and ad-hoc requirements.
- Building new business by leveraging current networks and partnerships
- Ensure that partner implementations are on track by working with cross-functional teams.
- Imparting & refreshing product knowledge to team members, ensure complete updated product awareness within the team
- Creating tracking mechanisms to derive maximum efficiency out of the sales team Updating internal reports by collecting. and summarizing information.
- Responsible for engagement with channel partners
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. As well as Identity & support Fintech program leads, initiatives, and processes as needed
Required Qualifications :
- Master's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, core sales,
- At least 4-5 years of industry sales experience
- Ability to work as part of a team or alone, as well as the tenacity and motivation to achieve goals.
- Ability to sell (cold calling, sales meetings, price and terms negotiations, problem management, account management, account growth etc.)
- Excellent communicator with a strong desire to sell.
- Experience in a related industry will be a plus.
