Job Responsibilities:

- The candidate will mainly have a Delivery role. He will be responsible for supervising the completion of work taken by MyCFO across multiple clients.

- In the initial days, the candidate will be responsible for taking personal charge of a large client of MyCFO in Coimbatore and as the portfolio of clients enlarges, he will be required to taken on a leadership role across multiple clients.

- In his role as CFO for a large client, the candidate will be required to play a full fledged Finance Head role, which will require him to demonstrate all of the functional skill sets that a CFO will have.

- In his role as Delivery chief for Coimbatore, he will be required to manage MyCFO staff across multiple projects and keep all our clients happy.

Experience & Desirables:

- Between 15-25 years of experience.

- Needs to have experience in Head of Finance role for a minimum of 5 years; this experience needs to have been in a good quality Indian or MNC company with no less than Rs. 150Cr in turnover

- Candidate should have been exposed to both family owned and MNC owned companies during the course of his career.

- We are looking for a candidate who has exposure to all sub-functional areas within F&A like costing, pricing, ERP implementation, accounting supervision, monthly MIS, budgeting, performance measurement, auditing, taxation, compliance, business process improvements, commercial negotiations, perusal of contracts etc. We need a generalist.

- We need a candidate who has seen multiple industries, a candidate who has worked all his life in a single company is not a good fit.

- Significant background with manufacturing enterprises and costing systems in mandatory.

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills is essential

- We need a local Coimbatore resident who has strong understanding of and networks in Coimbatore industries.

- Ideal candidate will be around 40 years of age.

Qualification:

Chartered Accountant is a bare minimum. Additional qualifications like CS, CWA, CFA will be welcome but are not must haves
