- Evaluate the Balance sheet and other financial documents of company. 

- Preparation of Financial Model, CMA Data, Project Reports, Restructuring/Resolution

- Plans/One Time Settlement proposals and Presentations to submit to the banks

- Preparation of Credit Appraisal Form as per Banker& instruction.
