Position Title: Senior Manager - Debt Capital Markets

Location: Mumbai

Job Profile:

Business Development:

- Focus on acquisition of new clients / transactions,

- New transactions from the existing clients.

Ensure the following:

- Organized tracking of clients, by using industry databases/subscriptions, research reports etc.

- Preparation and presentation of “Pitch” to clients/potential clients for Bond solutions.

Transaction Support:

- Provide feedback from clients on marketability of a transaction to support initial Go-No Go decision.

- Generate and share deal ideas through market intelligence.

- Support transaction teams to ensure expeditious issue of sanction letters (post sanction by ICC) and closure of legal documentation.

- Support regular follow ups with transaction teams to ensure Compliance of all Pre-Commitment condition and Pre-disbursement Condition.

Portfolio Monitoring:

- Developing relationships with the other stakeholders viz. other banks/FIs, consultants etc in the region to encourage sharing of required information, which should help in identifying newer business opportunities.
