Senior Manager - Data Visualization - BFS

- The role is responsible for visualization projects across different teams. The person will be responsible for discussing with stakeholders on key requirements and designing and delivering the item through relevant visualization. Creation and maintenance of relevant visualization dashboards and must be comfortable working with large amounts of data.

- Role will also have responsibility on managing governance aspects for data projects.

Strategy:

- Manage visualization projects across multiple team. Work on presenting large datasets into concise form through relevant visualization

- Manage the AI/ML risk and governance for projects built within Business

- Experience in Visualization and ability to work with large datasets and present in concise form

- Knowledge and experience in working on Power BI, Tableau & MSTR

- Knowledge of data analytics modelling methodology.

- Experience in industry best practices of model risk management and AI fairness & explainability, including model validation, reproducible, statistical & engineering process control, quality assurance, data shift for banking & analytics

- Experience with data Analytics tool, programing knowledge to develop methodologies and validate the model & AI risk

- Excellent business process and change management skills with ability to develop strategy, evaluate efficacy

- Understanding of analytics teams' role and responsibility and ability to engage with data and analytics team accordingly for developing methodologies, guidelines for the process
